Guided by cycles of exploration, reflection, and refinement, we craft spaces that are conceptually rich, functionally grounded, and deeply considered. The home offers dual living zones acrosstwo levels: a ground-floor lounge and kitchen where guests can freely entertain themselves, and a more refined upper-level living space—ensuring peace and privacy for all. ![8da9c35c-8202-44a5-a820-dc556fa8ee4e](https://modoarchitects.co.za/hubfs/8da9c35c-8202-44a5-a820-dc556fa8ee4e.jpg) [House Theron, Hermanus](https://modoarchitects.co.za/house-theron-hermanus?hsLang=en) The NOOLA Willowbridge store was designed to express the essence of the brand in a clear, inviting way. The layout is flexible and contemporary, allowing the space to adapt as the product range grows and changes. ![Group 1244829286](https://modoarchitects.co.za/hubfs/Group%201244829286.jpg) [NOOLA Willowbridge](https://modoarchitects.co.za/noola?hsLang=en) ![Rectangle 7528809](https://modoarchitects.co.za/hubfs/Rectangle%207528809.jpg) [GîTES, Franschoek](https://modoarchitects.co.za/g%C3%AEtes-franschoek?hsLang=en) Gîte offers the perfect balance of rustic charm and contemporary luxury. Located in the famed Franschhoek Valley, this self-catering retreat sits on a working farm, yet remains within walking distance of the town’s acclaimed restaurants and shops. ![Rectangle 7528809](https://modoarchitects.co.za/hubfs/Rectangle%207528809.jpg) [GîTES, Franschoek](https://modoarchitects.co.za/g%C3%AEtes-franschoek?hsLang=en) SeaPad is the showpiece of the Romansbaai Collection. Every element reflects restraint and elegance: screeded floors, off-shutter concrete ceilings, full-height glass and designer cabinetry come together to form a home that is as understated as it is sophisticated. ![Rectangle 7528810](https://modoarchitects.co.za/hubfs/Rectangle%207528810.jpg) [Sea Pad, Romansbaai](https://modoarchitects.co.za/sea-pad-romansbaai?hsLang=en) Van Loveren Wine Estate required a unique architectural identity for its new wine tasting facility, nestled within a row of eight barn-like cellar structures. ![IMG_0095](https://modoarchitects.co.za/hubfs/IMG_0095.jpg) [Van Loveren](https://modoarchitects.co.za/van-loveren-wine-tasting-centre?hsLang=en) Blogs ## Latest Blogs Stay updated with the latest news, design thinking, and behind-the-scenes stories from the MODO Architects [View All](https://modoarchitects.co.za/modo-architects-blog?hsLang=en) ![775370ba-a47e-4b6f-813c-31d7ee659ddc](https://modoarchitects.co.za/hubfs/775370ba-a47e-4b6f-813c-31d7ee659ddc.jpg) ### Do I Need an Architect for My Small Renovation?
