This project is a sensitive extension to the existing Neil Ellis Wine Estate building, thoughtfully designed to complement and respect the architectural language established by the original architect. Our approach honours the spirit and materiality of the original structure while introducing new spaces that enhance the visitor experience.

The expanded tasting room and restaurant are crafted to serve both wine connoisseurs and families alike. Carefully zoned areas allow parents to relax with their children nearby, without disturbing guests seeking a quieter, more refined tasting experience.

By seamlessly blending old and new, the design offers a sophisticated yet approachable space that celebrates wine, food, and the joy of shared moments.
